Remembering how to be fearless... a difficult task these days. Why is the creative spirit so tender? When I speak of the on-line course I took with Kelly Roberts and show my friends the different blogs I follow, they don't get it. They wonder. Why?
(follow your bliss)
I don't really have an answer, except that I defend Kelly and how I identified with her. All I know is that if this course teaches me how to take small steps towards whatever my creative dreams are, than it was well worth it.

Oh to be brave enough to put a full photo of ones self up on a blog. I admire your strength and talent.
I am crazy in love with your header on your blog!!!! And the photos your daughter took are so fantastic - stay in the air, you're looking good up there! I'm following you now ;-) fearLESS
Connecting with people who share the same passions affirms that you're not alone; that there are others like you and that while many might not understand your passion, some do.

I know what you mean about your friends not understanding. None of my friends blog! :) They all must think I am crazy! That is ok though. We get it. I am just happy to be meeting people that get it. I am SO with you!!

Great pictures and I love that you not only had some good stuff to share, but you were able to incorporate time with your daughter into the process. Makes the whole process so meaningful. I am planning on doing a "Glamor Shots" day with my girls...
Diana,
You said it: I AM AN ARTIST! Keep saying that and you will soar to the heights of your dreams.
It is so funny, but real. I have been an artist for about 40 years, yet I too realize creativity and dreams can be very fragile. That is OK though.
We walk on eggshells to find our true self. When we find it and take a good hold, we galvanize it with a huge, strong embrace. In some strange way, it becomes ours again.
Keep thinking the good, positive thoughts and your art life will be yours forever.
