One of my art lover friends is moving away. Since it is getting close to moving day, we had a small painting, eating and just being together party.
Although I act as teacher, I love the creative ideas that flow while we are all gathered together.
My dining room acts as a perfect art table/gallery.
We all got lost in our art projects and ran out of time to finish.

Love the chair and the picture that your friend was holding looks very interesting as well. So sad that your friend will be leaving but perhaps you can do a round-robin journal to keep up on your art retreats with each other. Just imagine the surprise you'd each feel when the journal arrives in your mailbox each month. Art for thought ;)
I love that chair Diana! I like how your paintings all have this blue/red highly textured theme lately (at least the ones I've viewed here, at random intervals). Sorry that your friend is moving away. :(
