Today I received a homemade birthday card from my daughter:
Moms are kind of like stars,
they are spread out over the night sky,
twinkling & lighting up the darkness,
but when I wake up in the morning,
and my day is filled with light,
I know that there is always one star
who shines above all the others,
the sun...my Mom
